PAYMENT METHODS

1. Payment by deposit in a bank account.

To repay your purchases you can deposit a lump sum corresponding to the following bank account

Caution after the deposit you should inform us by phone at 26230 72602 or via email info@thelxi.gr.

2. Payment By debit, credit or prepaid card (free of charge)

3. Payment by cash on delivery at your place (free of charge)

In this case the payment is made with the delivery of the goods to the place you have specified at the completion of your order, when the courier we work with delivers the parcel then you will pay the value of your order.

PRODUCT RETURNS

1. Changes are made within 14 days from the day indicated on the receipt

2. Returns are made via Courier of your choice and the cost is borne entirely by the customer.

3. Το προϊόν θα πρέπει να αποσταλεί στην αρχική του κατάσταση χωρίς να έχουν αφαιρεθεί οι ειδικές σημάνσεις/ετικέτες και στο δέμα να υπάρχει η απόδειξη αγοράς

4. If the above is observed, we will replace your product with any other you wish.

5. In case there is no availability for replacement in the same product or similar, we can credit you the amount for the next purchase, which should be done within 3 months. After the end of 3 months the credit is not valid.

6. In case of defective product, contact us within 3 working days from the day of receipt of the product for immediate replacement.

7. No changes or returns are made to the jewelry.

8. In any other case, after we receive your product, we will process your request and contact you on how to process the change.
